The school library is a research-oriented university library, designed by Professor Bao Jiasheng, a library design expert, and inscribed by General Yang Guoliang, the former commander of the Second Artillery Corps. The building has a total construction area of 20,000 square meters, and the main building includes ten floors above ground and one underground. The east-west span is 102m, the north-south depth is 5 1m, the building height is 47. 1m, the highest point is 64m, and the designed storage capacity is 900,000 copies. From the modeling point of view, the arcs on both sides, like an unfolded missile launcher, the sightseeing elevator in the middle, like a missile ready to go, echo the modeling of the missile tail at the school gate and blend into one. The vertical walls at both ends are like grindstones, meaning a sword. At the same time, the whole building welcomes students with open arms like a teacher.
