Heilongjiang Institute of Technology and Business is a full-time undergraduate college approved by the people of China and the Ministry of Education. It is the organizer of Heilongjiang Software Society, the governing unit of China Urban Rail Transit Association and the demonstration base of popular science in Heilongjiang Province. The school was founded in 2002, formerly known as Chengdong College of Northeast Agricultural University.
