Face recognition of medical insurance for urban and rural residents in Wuxi cannot be cancelled, but can be cancelled directly. The cancellation step is,

1. Turn on the phone and enter WeChat from the desktop. Click on mine, click on my page to enter the service.

2. Click on the city service and click on the WeChat service page to enter the city service.

3. Click on the medical insurance integration, and click on the WeChat city service page to enter the medical insurance integration.

4. Click on the electronic certificate, and click on the medical insurance electronic certificate on the comprehensive medical insurance page.

5. Click Unbind on the medical insurance electronic certificate page. To unbind, click Unbind in the pop-up menu and enter the password for face recognition and verification to unbind.
