Zhennan Village Committee belongs to Aziying Township, Panlong District, located in the north of Aziying Township, 5 kilometers away from the seat of the township government. The road leading to the township government is asphalt road with convenient transportation, 45 kilometers away from Songming County. It is adjacent to Dianyuan Town in the east, Aziying Village Committee in the south, Dazhuyuan Village Committee in the west and Tiechong Village Committee in the north. It has jurisdiction over five villagers' groups: Hedong, Zhennan I, Zhennan II, Zhennan III and Gaoba.
