Relevant information provided by tourists: scanned copies of name, gender, nationality, occupation, date of birth, valid passport and visa are submitted to the travel agency for application, and the application time is determined according to the itinerary. However, if you want to go to the border areas or controlled areas such as Zhangmu, Everest, Pulan, Zada and Medog, you need to apply for a border pass in advance at the location of your household registration, usually at the police station or the Exit-Entry Administration.
Domestic guests going to Tibet need to apply for border passes to the following areas:
1. Shigatse City: Zhongba County, Saga County, nyalam county County, Dingri County, Kangma County, Yadong County, Gamba County, Ding Jie County and Jilong County.
2. Shannan region: Cuona County, Zi Long County, Luozha County and Langkazi County.
3. Linzhi area: Milin County, Langxian County, Chayu County and Motuo County.
4. Ali area: Pulan County, Zada County, Ritu County and Gaer County.
Tibet border pass processing process is as follows:
1, find a unit to open a letter of introduction, preferably the tourism department, and be sure to specify the name and position of the leader of the unit that opened the letter of introduction. 2. Go to the Municipal Public Security Bureau to receive an application form for border defense certificate; At the same time, provide relevant information as follows:
