Bring the original ID card of the applicant and the original rental contract (if there is a house, the original real estate license of the jurisdiction). The lease contract must be accompanied by a copy of the real estate license and the original Notice of Registration and Filing of Housing Lease Contract issued by the housing management department within the validity period, and go to the community affairs acceptance service center to handle the Notice of Registration and Filing of Residential Housing Lease Contract.

Article 707 Where the lease term is more than six months, it shall be in written form. Article 715 The lessee may, with the consent of the lessor, improve or add the lease item. If the lessee improves or adds other things to the lease item without the consent of the lessor, the lessor may require the lessee to restore the original state or compensate for the losses.
