There are people on duty standing there checking the canteen. They also have to swipe their cards. But many years ago, the canteen card could not pay cash. You can find someone to buy a relatively relaxed teaching building. Nobody cares about this. The management of the Adult Education College of the University of Chemical Technology in the western region should not be as strict as that in the eastern region. Just find a reliable student and ask everything when you enter the campus.
