TIG non-melting argon arc welding, MIG melting argon arc welding and low temperature aluminum gas welding are commonly used in aluminum alloy welding.
If TIG welding is used and AC argon arc welding is used for aluminum veneer, it is necessary to have aluminum argon arc welding function and AC function. ER4043 aluminum argon arc welding wire is selected, the gas flow rate is 8- 10L/MIN, and high-purity argon gas is used for protection.
If MIG welding is used, the aluminum veneer is welded by double pulse gas shielded welding machine, and the aluminum argon arc welding wire coil of ER4043 or ER5356 is welded. The gas flow rate is about 15L/MIN to protect high-purity argon. This is suitable for a master with certain experience in gas shielded welding.
If low temperature gas welding is used, the size of aluminum veneer should be small and thin, which makes heating easy. Low temperature aluminum welding wire, such as WEWELDING53, can be used for welding, and the welding wire can be directly formed by heat conduction from the parent body, which is more suitable for novice operation.
