Basic standards of secondary hospitals

This standard is a necessary condition for the qualification of secondary hospitals, and only the qualification line that meets this standard can participate in the grade evaluation.

First, the size of the hospital

It should have a hospital scale suitable for the tasks, functions, technical level and management requirements of secondary hospitals.

1. Not less than 100 beds.

2. The necessary facilities of each bed unit meet the specified requirements (see Annex VI).

3. The construction area of each bed is not less than 45 square meters.

4. The net use area of each ward is not less than 5 square meters.

5. The average daily outpatient volume accounts for not less than 3 square meters of outpatient building area.

6. The ratio of sickbed to hospital staff is 1: 1.3- 1.5.

7. Must be equipped with health technical personnel with nationally recognized qualifications. The proportion of health technicians in the total number of hospital employees is not less than 75%.

Second, the functions and tasks of the hospital

Can provide comprehensive and continuous medical care, preventive health care and rehabilitation services for the community.

(3) Administration
