Located in Hunnan District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Provincial Library is the first large-scale public library established under the leadership of China * * * Production Party, a provincial comprehensive public library, the first batch of national key ancient books protection units and a national first-class public library.

2. Tiexi District Library of Shenyang City

Tiexi District Library, founded in 1958, is the only comprehensive library in Tiexi District, a social public cultural unit providing literature services for the public, and a national first-class library. Covering an area of 2,500 square meters, the new museum is located at No.23-1North Second Middle Road, which is the center of Tiexi New District and convenient for readers.

3. Heping District Library

Shenyang Heping District Library was established at 1959, located at Shiyiwei Road, Heping District, with an area of more than 4,000 square meters. In the past two years, the investment has exceeded 1.5 million yuan. It is a brand-new, open, multi-functional, modern district-level comprehensive public library that integrates services for children and adults.

4. Shenhe District Library

Shenhe District Library is a comprehensive public library, which was founded in1959,2001and moved into the new library. This building covers an area of 3000 square meters. It has more than 70,000 readers. Joined the national cultural resources sharing network and established 40 microcomputer electronic reading systems.

5. Sujiatun Library

Sujiatun District Library was founded in 1959, and was rated as a second-class library by the Ministry of Culture in 2005. The current building was built in 1983, and was completely renovated in 2003, with a construction area of 1750 square meters. There are six service windows, including newspaper reading room, adult lending room, children lending room, children's electronic reading room, reference reading room and Korean book reference room.
