Brief introduction of learning content in Four Treasures of the Study
Four Treasures of the Study spread to Korea, Japan, Vietnam and other countries very early, especially papermaking spread to Arabia and Europe, which made great contributions to the development of world civilization. Since the end of the Qing Dynasty, with the introduction of western machine-made paper and fountain pens, Four Treasures of the Study has suffered an unprecedented impact, falling into decline as a whole, and only a few places still have good development. Anhui's Xuan paper, Huimo and Sheyan, Zhejiang's Hu Bi and Fuyang bamboo paper, Guangdong's Duanyan and Sichuan's Jiajiang paper are all outstanding representatives. "Four Treasures of the Study" introduces the historical development and manufacturing technology of four main school supplies: paper, ink, pen and inkstone. Through on-the-spot investigation, this paper mainly describes the production technology of contemporary Four Treasures of the Study, with a view to preserving its production technology. Among them, Fan Jialu wrote paper, pen and preface, Fang Xiaoyang and Wu wrote inkstone and ink. In ancient China, besides paper, ink, pens and inkstones, there were many other stationery for study, such as pen container, pen washer, pen container, pen holder, pen container, ink box, inkstone, inkstone mountain, ink drops, ink bottles, inkstones, paperweights and arm frames. Due to the limitation of space, the production process involves jade stone carving, bamboo carving, ceramic firing and many other aspects.
