Books after 1990 will be compensated at 3-5 times the price, and rare books and picture books will be compensated at 10 times the price.

(Based on the first point of Article 2).

3. The damaged newspaper should be compensated for the original newspaper, otherwise it should be compensated according to the current month's total price. Four, in order to protect the state property from loss, deliberately damaged, stolen or falsely reported the loss of books and periodicals, must recover the original books and periodicals, seriously damaged or lost the original books and periodicals, according to the provisions of Article 2. Five, regardless of loss or damage, before compensation according to this system, all books and periodicals in our library will be stopped.
