2. Equipment, software and consumables required for offset printing business cards:

① Equipment: a computer, a set of color and black-and-white business card typesetting software, a black-and-white laser printer with a printing resolution of more than 600 lines, a small printer, a PS version drying and punching machine and a PS version punching and punching machine.

② Consumables: small boxes of business card paper with 90mm×55mm or 90mm×55mm offset printing ink can be made in China or imported, and it is best to use100×100× 0.15 mm or100× 0./kloc. Before use, the plate washing paste must be dissolved to clean the PS plate (without destroying the characters on the PS plate). Plate repair solution is used to modify or remove the characters on PS plate. Gasoline or cleaning liquid is used to clean the offset press after printing.

Third, the printing process:

1, design, typesetting Design and typesetting are the first steps in business card printing. After receiving the business cards sent by users, they should first be typeset by various professional business card typesetting software. At present, the common business card typesetting software on the market are: Lide, Sitong Xinlong, Fangcheng, Jardine Matheson, Taihe Wick, Montei and so on. 2. The layout of the output film or sulfuric acid paper is well designed. After confirming that the content is correct, you can print it on sulfuric acid paper or laser film to make PS version. Attention should be paid to the following points when printing: mirror printing (reverse word) must be selected. If the printed words are orthographic, the printing accuracy will be affected by the thickness of sulfuric acid paper or film, resulting in unclear edges of printed words; When printing vertically, it is best to use the automatic imposition function of the software to spell the contents of three business cards into a PS version (one version and three prints), which not only saves the PS version, reduces the cost, but also is very convenient for color matching; Grasp the printing time. Generally, it takes about 3-4 minutes to print with sulfuric acid paper or laser film (wool film), and 1- 1.5 minutes to print with electric separation film. In addition, the concentration of developer should also be mastered. On the premise of moderate developer, if the characters on the developed PS plate are unclear and lack of strokes, it means that the printing time is too long, otherwise, if the bottom ash appears on the PS plate, it means that the printing time is too short. A sun-dried PS version requires clear text, no miscellaneous points and no bottom ash after development. Rinse both sides of the developed PS plate with clear water, punch holes at both ends of the PS plate with a punching machine, and put the punched PS plate in clear water for later use.

3. After finishing the preparatory work before printing with ink, the official printer will be fine. First of all, ink should be suitable for offset press. The specific operation steps are as follows:

① Turn on the power supply of the offset press, press the "speed regulation" key, then press the "+"key to adjust the printing speed to 5-6, then apply ink evenly on the ink roller with a thin bamboo stick, press the "start/stop" key to start the machine, and then press the "+"key to make the water roller and the ink roller ink at the same time. (If there is a large printing area or a large number of prints at a time, don't ink directly on the inking roller, but ink in the Mo Dou and let the offset press ink automatically, so as to keep the ink color of the printed matter uniform. )

② After starting the machine for one minute, let the water roller and the ink roller ink evenly, then press the "Start/Stop" button to stop the machine, hang the water tray at the back of the machine, and inject a proper amount of clean water into the water tray, with the height of clean water not to overflow the water tray.

4. Hanging PS plate Take the perforated PS plate out of clear water and hang it on the roller hanging slider of the offset press. Pay attention to push the two hanging sliders on the drum to the middle of the drum and align them before hanging the PS plate to ensure that the PS plate is hung straight. It should also be noted that if there is a large area of color blocks in the business card, in order to prevent the business card paper from being stuck to the blanket by ink during printing, it is necessary to make the place with less ink on the PS version contact with the paper first (the PS version is upside down), so that the separation between the business card paper and the blanket will be smoother. When printing or printing synthetic card (tear-proof) business card paper on the spot, it is best to use some powder spraying (anti-sticking agent) to prevent adhesion.

5. Adjust the printing position:

① After the PS version is hung, put a dozen pieces of waste business card paper (commonly known as wheel paper) on the paper rack to adjust the position of the business card.

② Press the "Start" key, turn the clutch to the "On" position, let the machine rotate, press the "Water Control" key, and then press the "+"key to adjust the water volume to 18-20. When the PS plate is evenly inked and the printing plate is not dirty, press the "Trial Printing" button again, and the text on the PS plate can be printed on the rubber.

③ Press the "Print" button. When the paper pusher automatically pushes the jammed paper into the machine, press the "Print" button again, and the machine will automatically walk past a jammed paper and stop feeding paper. Take out the first printed business card. At this time, the contents of the business card paper will generally be misplaced, so it is necessary to use the adjusting screw on the intermediate roller and the left and right gauges on the cardboard.
