Second, the book sales license approval
1. Retail: There is no requirement for capital and address area, but there must be two ownership certificates: one for books and the other for industry and commerce. Scope: Retail of books, newspapers and periodicals. Legal persons need to have relevant certificates that can sell books.
2. Wholesale: the registered capital is required to be 5 million yuan, and the address is required to be 200 square meters. Haidian requires an office address, and Chaoyang is a commercial house. Normal 15 working days, the legal person needs to have an intermediate issuance certificate.
Three. Materials required for handling publication business license (retail license)
1. Application for retail business license of publications;
2. Copy of business license and articles of association;
3. Copy of the ID card of the legal representative (signed by all shareholders);
4. Copy of the shareholder's ID card (copy of the business license of legal person shares);
5. A copy of the real estate license and the original lease contract (the lease period is not less than 6 months);

Regulations on the administration of publication market
Article 7 Enterprises or other units applying for the establishment of general distribution of publications shall submit application materials to the administrative departments of press and publication of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government where they are located, and submit them to the General Administration of Press and Publication for examination and approval. The General Administration of Press and Publication shall make a decision of approval or disapproval within 60 working days from the date of accepting the application, and inform the applicant in writing. If it is approved, the General Administration of Press and Publication will issue the Publication Business License, and the applicant will go through the relevant formalities at the administrative department for industry and commerce with the Publication Business License. If it is not approved, it shall explain the reasons.
