The first issue of Capital is now undergoing internal adjustment and will not be open to readers for the time being. There is no separate study room in the second phase of the first library (just after the first phase), because the reading rooms from the second floor to the ninth floor (except the sixth floor) provide self-study services. Readers can not only enjoy 2 hours of network service in any reading room with their ID cards, but also enjoy wireless network service in the library. They can carry schoolbags with them. If it is inconvenient, they can store them in lockers outside the library.
