Opening hours of Harbin Library
Harbin Library is open from Monday 12: 00 to 17: 00, and from Tuesday to Sunday from 8: 30 to 17: 00 (holidays will be notified separately). Harbin Library implements the reading reservation system, and receives 300 readers (adults) and 10 readers (children) every day, accounting for 45% of the total library seats. Harbin Library implements the principle of combining WeChat real-name reservation with dynamic control, and non-reserved readers are not allowed to enter the library. Open booking time: 7:00-7:30 every morning, sign in after the opening of the museum until the quota is full. Harbin Library is a large comprehensive public library, which was founded in June of 1926 and named Harbin Library. 1On April 28th, 946, the Northeast Democratic Allied Forces liberated Harbin, and the people's government took over the city library. 1February, 949, the municipal library was moved from Harbin to Shenyang, and the former site of Yiman Street and some Chinese and Japanese books were handed over to the Municipal Education Bureau. On this basis, after more than a year of preparation, Harbin Library officially opened on June 1 950+1October1. Although Harbin Library has a history of more than 50 years, its collection of books and materials is quite rich, especially Japanese, Russian and local documents.
