Harbin Library is a large comprehensive public library, which was founded in June of 1926 and named Harbin Library. 1On April 28th, 946, the Northeast Democratic Allied Forces liberated Harbin, and the people's government took over the city library. 1February, 949, the municipal library was moved from Harbin to Shenyang, and the former site of Yiman Street and some Chinese and Japanese books were handed over to the Municipal Education Bureau. On this basis, after more than a year of preparation, Harbin Library officially opened on June 1 950+1October1.
