Nanchong Cultural Tourism Vocational College is a full-time public institution of higher learning approved by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. The College is located in Langzhong, Nanchong, a famous historical and cultural city in China, one of the four ancient cities in China, a national 5A-level tourist attraction, and the hometown of the champion of imperial examination temple. Surrounded by water on three sides and mountains on all sides, it has beautiful scenery and outstanding people.
The college has six majors: tourism management, hotel management, art design, marketing, e-commerce, public cultural service and management. Adhering to the school-running philosophy of "moral education, overall planning and integration, open cooperation, and reform and innovation", the College has scientifically constructed the "155" talent training mode, actively explored the "1+X" certificate pilot, carried out in-depth school-enterprise cooperation, integration of production and education, and strived to cultivate high-quality compound literary and travel elites.
The college campus is built by mountains and rivers, and the scenery is integrated with the school. The layout of seven functional areas, including teaching area, training area, sports area and riverside leisure area, is scientific, elegant and unique. The college has a multi-functional, intelligent and convenient smart campus system, a well-collected, intelligent and open leisure library, and 100 domestic first-class experimental training rooms, such as 3D simulated tour guide, ERP sand table and GIS remote sensing. The college also has a heated swimming pool, an indoor gymnasium and two international standard track and field venues.
