Yes Baoding Library was officially opened free of charge after its renovation on June 25th, 20021. The library has free WiFi and central air conditioning. The historical origin of Baoding Library can be traced back to the "Wanjuan Building" built in the Yuan Dynasty (see the first three items in the "Public Library" section of this book), and it has evolved for more than 700 years. 1948 12.
