At this time, you can determine the nature of the enterprise and register as many as you can, such as individual, sole proprietorship, limited liability and so on. In order to reduce the handling fee, I suggest registering as an individual.
Step 3: Apply to the county press and publication department for opening a bookstore with the Notice of Pre-approval of Enterprise Name issued by the industrial and commercial department. An application form is needed. (A4 paper printing)
Step 4: The county press and publication department accepts the application and makes an on-the-spot investigation. Those who are qualified will be issued with inspection certificates, and those who are unqualified will be selected for another venue.
Step 5: After on-site acceptance, prepare the following materials:
1. The original and two copies of the ID card of the legal representative.
2. The original and two copies of the qualification certificate of the legal representative's publication distributor.
3. The original and two copies of the property right certificate and lease agreement of the business site.
4. The original and two copies of relevant capital certification materials. (Note: There is no specific limit on the amount of funds for individuals, but for others)
5. The original and two copies of the book purchase agreement and the legal procedures of the supplier.
Copies of the above materials are made of A4 paper.
Among them, the qualification certificate of publication distributor will not be valid until it comes down.
Step 6: Take the prepared materials to the county press and publication department and apply for a book retail business license.
Step 7: Take the book retail business license and go back to the county-level industrial and commercial department to apply for the business license. (No more than six months)
Step 8: Take the industrial and commercial business license and go to the local county-level tax department for tax registration, both national tax and local tax are available. (At this time, individuals may have preferential relief)
Finally, get the tax registration, and you can start business after approval.
