1. The design of this system is centered on the design of the website management system for thematic learning, and based on advanced computer multimedia technology, data processing technology and Internet technology.
2. The resource organization and management system of the project learning website adopts a three-tier structure based on browser/server, as shown in Figure 3- 1.

3. This system mainly refers to the resource description in the Technical Specification of National Distance Education Engineering Resource Construction.
4. Scientifically and reasonably organize resources, provide network-assisted learning environment for students and network-assisted teaching platform for teachers, so that students can gradually cultivate their knowledge learning ability, aesthetic ability and innovation ability in the learning process, and teachers can improve their information-based teaching ability in the teaching process.
3.2 System design principles
1. Practical principle: design and develop according to the needs of teaching and learning and the needs of professional construction and development, and improve while using.
2. Systematic principle: The whole website management system is an organic whole, and each functional module is independent and interrelated.
3. The principle of interactivity: The website of special study should have good interactivity and give corresponding feedback to students' learning activities in time. The knowledge expressed should be controllable and constantly updated.
4. Extensibility principle: it is convenient to add new functional modules on the basis of the original functions, and it has certain openness:
5. Consistency principle: the design of management system should be consistent with the design of page system and database, such as name, user rights, etc.
3.3 System Function Design
1. User management subsystem function

(1) conducted an online questionnaire survey on several people with different identities, and made online statistics on the survey results.

3.4 Overall framework of the system
According to the overall requirements of system function design, this website management system is divided into the following six subsystems:
1. User Management Subsystem
Manage user rights and user data. User information can be entered and modified, and user identity can be verified. Specifically, it includes user login page, new user registration page, forgotten password retrieval page, old user information modification page, etc.
2. Resource management subsystem
According to the needs of teaching, the learning resources are classified, and the functions of resource search and resource download are provided. It is divided into tutorial list page, media material library page, courseware library page, typical example page, student work library page, literature database page, resource search and search result page, etc.
3. Online survey and evaluation subsystem
(1) Conduct all kinds of questionnaires for all kinds of users and make statistics on the survey results. Including student questionnaire page, teacher questionnaire page, parent questionnaire page, guest questionnaire page, etc.
(2) Online evaluation of the uploaded students' works. Including student self-evaluation page, student mutual evaluation page, teacher or expert comment page, etc.
4. Curriculum design project management subsystem
Manage curriculum design projects. Including course item registration page, course item query page, etc.
5. Communication and discussion subsystem:
Provide a space for users to communicate and discuss. It can be subdivided into discussion board home page, discussion topic page, reply topic page, administrator message page and discussant information page.
6. The administrator management subsystem:
Manage the whole system. Includes user management page, resource management page, discussion board management page, moderator management page, theme modification and deletion page, theme modification and deletion reply page, newly uploaded resource management page, message reply page and message deletion page.
The overall framework of the learning website management system of this project is shown in Figure 3-2.

3.5 System characteristics
The learning website management system of this project mainly has the following characteristics:
1. The whole system is completely based on B/S mode structure, which is convenient for users to learn and use.
2. Rich learning resources and good support for various media, users can display and play in the browser at will.
3. The website management system provides the functions of browsing, searching and downloading the resources in the website.
This website management system provides a space for users to communicate and discuss. Users can express their views on some hot issues, or ask other users for advice.
5. This website management system provides a variety of questionnaires and online evaluation methods. Users can participate in the questionnaire survey and evaluate the uploaded works online.
6. The system includes user rights management mechanism. Users registered through the new user registration function only have basic rights, and administrators have special rights.
