The General Bibliography of the Republic of China was compiled by Beijing Library and published by Bibliographic Literature Publishing House, 1986 to 1997. Based on the collections of Beijing Library, Shanghai Library and Chongqing Library, this paper includes more than 19 1 1 and 1949 Chinese books published in September in China, which basically reflects the whole picture of books published in the Republic of China.
