? Looking back on this semester's teaching work, there are joys and regrets; There are persistence and innovation.
First, unite and cooperate and discuss collectively.
? There is an African proverb: one can walk fast, but not far. Only a group of people can go further. My work experience in recent years has given me a deeper understanding of this sentence. So this semester, I tried to cooperate with my colleagues in the office and conducted a real collective lesson preparation seminar.
? In many classes, a teacher takes out the first draft and sends it to the group. Then during the break, we will discuss this lesson in the office and make a final draft. Before class, each teacher can also make some personalized adjustments temporarily according to his own methods.
? When we were in the third unit, according to my proposal, everyone took "delicate description, vivid characters" as the theme, integrated the main points of each lesson and conducted group composition teaching.
? In this semester's "Joint Film Teaching and Research" activity, we took teacher Yue Shuling as the main lesson preparer, and collectively discussed the lesson preparation of My Little Peach Tree. Through the first teaching and research and the second lecture, a teaching design with clear teaching ideas, full student activities and rich teaching accumulation was formed. In the presentation of the third class, we have a new idea. We use three class poems of "Ta (Little Peach Tree)", "I (the author)" and "We" to structure the whole class, which makes the teaching fresh and poetic.
? This year marks the 0/00th anniversary of the founding of the Party/KLOC-. With the help of this east wind, members of our group made a creative exhibition on reading the red classic Red Rock. We write while reading, and combine reading and writing to promote reading by writing. We have carried out writing training from the aspects of content generalization, plot appreciation, characterization, reading comprehension and script creation. Then we named it "Reading Red Classics, Dedicated to the Centennial of the Founding of the Party" and edited it into a book, which is not only a display of reading results, but also the best gift for the centenary of the founding of the Party.

The unity and cooperation of the preparation group has enabled each of us to have more exchanges, collisions and integrations of ideas, so that I, an old teacher who has worked for more than 20 years, always glows with youthful brilliance and often gives birth to many new ideas. Thanks to my colleagues, I have made new progress in the new semester.

? Over the years, our Chinese teaching has been based on a single article, careful study and careful preparation of lessons. The unit system of some edited textbooks changed from lecture to self-reading, and extended from one article to the whole book. Therefore, the tradition of a single article cannot be lost.
This semester, I will give a concentrated lecture on each unit. In the lesson "Words and deeds by example-Notes on Mr. Wen Yiduo's words and deeds", I rely on a large number of four-character words in the article to let students know the characters and learn language expression through accumulation, annotation and imitation. In the lesson "Who is the cutest person", I focus on "three batches of texts, reading thick books", guiding students to enter and exit the texts from three angles: article structure, language and material selection, and repeatedly commenting on them, so as to realize the exquisite structure, delicate expression and meticulous material selection of this famous book. In this article, I closely follow the characteristics of the novel, and through the deformation of the article ideas, let students understand the role of suspense, foreshadowing, interspersed and other techniques on the plot; By changing the topic, let students understand the setting of the group image of the novel and the meaning of the topic of the novel; Let the students understand the main idea of the novel by writing a pair of couplets for "Pear Blossom Everywhere in the Post Road". In the article "The Great Tragedy", I firmly grasped the topic, taking "The greatness of this tragedy lies in ……" as the topic, so that students can read and give speeches repeatedly around the topic, and finally get into the core of the article, so that students can realize that there is still a great soul standing behind the "Great Tragedy".
? This semester, I also tried to blow the horn of the new journey of group writing teaching. Unit 3: Focusing on "Delicate description and vivid characters", I integrated the delicate and representative fragments in four articles for students to read aloud, annotate and analyze, focusing on how celebrities write vivid characters; Each article is packaged with a class poem to make the finishing point and improve the quality; After the unit, arrange to write a character's composition, combine reading and writing, and learn to write while reading. "Two Essays" by learning Wang Jun's class example of group teaching, I integrate resources, take "Are They Hermits or Soldiers" as the topic, and make a comparison from the aspects of style, language, content, writing style and theme, so that students can enter the inner world of China literati and feel the clank of their weak shoulders.
? Single teaching can't be lost, and group reading can move forward. There is no end to learning and teaching, and Chinese teaching needs me to pursue it all my life.

This semester, in order to make a breakthrough in group writing teaching, I read Let Students Learn to Read-Reading in Group Writing by Jiang, More Beautiful Chinese Classroom by Wang Jun, Theory and Practice of Integrated Teaching of Chinese Units in Primary Schools by Li Huaiyuan, and Another Teaching Method-Implementation and Evaluation of Integrated Curriculum of Chinese Units in Junior Middle Schools edited by Hou Bingsheng and Jiang. "I think it's an armchair strategist. I don't know if it should be done." This is a revelation.
? This semester, I went to Hai 'an, Jiangsu Province with a famous teacher from Jincheng for a week's study. I was deeply impressed by the cultural construction of the South Campus, the teachers' profound knowledge and solid teaching. Back to school, I once felt the important role of culture for a school and a class, so I also tried to do something for the cultural construction of the class. The presentation of the target wall, the setting of the book corner, and the organization of the friendly match all strive to make the class unite and cooperate and compete for posts.
? This semester, the first classroom teaching contest of Gaoping Chinese Young Teachers' Literacy Competition was held in our school. Taking this opportunity, I listened to 18 Chinese class, combed and thought from the design angle of "reading aloud" in Chinese class, and formed some ideas for designing "reading aloud", which will be used to guide my Chinese teaching.
