In order to adapt to the new situation and requirements, according to the relevant documents of the central government and the province and the spirit of the meeting, our college, like other universities in the province, has carried out a series of explorations around the theme of student management and ideological education under the new situation. In 20×× years, on the basis of extensive investigation and careful analysis of the new background and new topics faced by the current student management, the party Committee and administration of our college put forward opinions on further strengthening and improving the student management under the new situation. Based on the theory of "student work under open conditions", the Opinions emphasize that on the basis of consolidating and improving the previous student work, we should pay full attention to the importance and particularity of student management in apartment system, take reform as the driving force, reform the student management concept, reform the student management system, reform the student management operation mechanism, strive to build a new student management system adapted to the conditions of open running schools, and comprehensively strengthen student management and ideological education. According to this requirement, student management organizations at all levels in the hospital have actively carried out a series of work, and gradually formed a "six-in" work pattern of "party member entering the apartment, league members entering the apartment, students' self-discipline organization entering the apartment, ideological education entering the apartment, cultural activities entering the apartment, and security entering the apartment".
Next, I will report and introduce the main contents, main links and some thoughts in the process of promoting the "six advances" to the leaders and comrades attending the meeting in three parts.
First, the main contents of the "six-in" work of student apartments
The main contents of the "six-entry" work of student apartments in our college are as follows:
1, party member works in an apartment. Party member, a student, is an advanced member of college students. To give full play to their advanced role and leading role, we should not only look at the behavior and performance in the organizational state, but also pay attention to the behavior and performance in the daily unorganized state. At this level, students' party member and behavior are more real and objective, and the guidance and demonstration for students are more effective. Apartment is the most concentrated place for students' daily activities. Paying attention to student party member's daily behavior is to strengthen the ideological and behavioral management of apartment student party member. From this understanding, we put forward the requirement that party member, a student, work in an apartment. Its main contents are embodied in the following three aspects: first, standardize the daily behavior rules of student party member, clearly put forward the behavior requirements of student party member in the apartment, and urge and guide student party member to play a vanguard and exemplary role in the apartment; The second is to mark student party member in the dormitory where student party member lives and announce his name, so that the majority of students can effectively supervise the thought, behavior and performance of student party member in the apartment; Third, we should strengthen the training and education of activists who join the party through apartments. In order to effectively implement the requirements of apartment work in party member, according to the actual situation of the school, we have gradually established a party building work system for student apartments. In the organizational system, the activity unit of the Youth League Committee was first cut off, and the Youth League Committee was established in the dormitory, which strengthened the functions and functions of the Youth League Committee, further extended the organization of the Youth League Committee at the organizational level, consolidated the grassroots organizations of the Youth League Committee, and enhanced the activity of the Youth League Committee in the apartment. Students organize themselves to live in apartments.
The Student Union and the Communist Youth League are two basic forces in the work of college students. For a long time, because the two organizations are organized according to the school system, the institutions overlap greatly and the focus of activities is not prominent, the unique role of the student union self-discipline organization has not been played more effectively. Especially in the case that apartment management is becoming more and more important, although the party organization has entered the apartment, the main body of the system is still formed in the structure of schools, colleges and departments, but the work content extends to the apartment, and the apartment still lacks a complete and independent organizational system. Based on the above considerations, we put forward the idea of reforming the student union system and forming the student union according to the apartment.
According to this idea, the Sixth Student Congress of our college held in 20×× revised the Constitution of tianshui normal university Student Union. The articles of association stipulate that the organizational system of the student union should be reformed from the original school, department and class structure to the apartment system. Each student apartment building has a student branch and the floor department is located on the floor. Dormitory is the most basic organization of student union. The chairman and vice-chairman of the student branch of each apartment are democratically elected by the meeting of dormitory directors, and the dormitory directors are democratically decided by the dormitory members. Each student branch of the apartment has a secretary-general, who is also the work guide of the Youth League Committee and guides the work of the student branch. It is our exploration and attempt to form a student club in an apartment building. Students' personal experience is that the apartment is "alive" and the student apartment has really become a "home for youth". The majority of young students take "home" as their pleasure and live in harmony in this big family. Third, the management of apartment students has direct organizational support. In the past, the management of health, discipline and other activities is changing to routine and stability, and apartment work is gradually showing the characteristics of organizational behavior.
4, ideological education into the apartment.
Ideological education in students' apartments is mainly reflected in two aspects: first, through the extension of party organizations to apartments, student union organizations are established in apartments, and various organizations implement ideological education activities in the most basic units of students' lives according to their own characteristics, making ideological education more detailed and specific; Second, the school has planned to transfer some ideological education and teaching contents originally carried out by departments and classes to apartments.
In the latter aspect, there are three main contents. First, transfer part of the "Situation and Policy Course" to the apartment. According to "Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving the Teaching of Situation and Policy" in our college and the principle of "continuous flow, continuous line and whole process", the teaching of "Situation and Policy" for students in our college is distributed in various time periods during their school days. Dormitory TV regularly broadcasts news and related programs for students every day, and organizes to watch a special TV on dormitory situation and policies once a month. On the basis of keeping students abreast of current events through the above two channels, the school organizes four large-scale reports every academic year to help students analyze current events, sort out clues and grasp key points. In this teaching system, apartments began to become the classroom of ideological education. Second, lead students' mental health education to apartments. According to the spirit of Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving College Students' Mental Health Education, on the one hand, we have established a group counseling system on the basis of strengthening individual counseling. Students take the dormitory as the unit, receive 1 group counseling every year, and establish files. Third, the daily ideological and behavioral performance of students in the apartment should be included in the moral education assessment in the academic year. According to the newly revised "Measures for the Assessment of Students' Comprehensive Quality", the assessment of students' moral education consists of two parts: the assessment results of secondary colleges and the assessment results of apartments, of which the assessment results of apartments account for 60% of the total scores of moral education. In this regard, we have focused on three tasks: First, we are committed to creating a humanistic environment for apartments with profound cultural connotations. Tianshui is a region with profound traditional culture in China. Starting from this feature, we should strive to create a humanistic environment of student apartments with excellent traditional culture in China. In contrast to China's most traditional motto of university spirit, "Mingde, Xinmin and Perfect", we named the student apartments with such names as "Huilan", "Xingjian" and "Lu Tao" which have profound China cultural charm and show the meaning of life, and invited calligraphers and scholars to write names and inscriptions for the apartments. At the same time, we also carry out activities such as "beautifying home design" to guide students to actively create a good humanistic environment in the dormitory and make the dormitory more humanized and personalized. Starting from this year, we also decided to select some excellent works of art by students and some graduation messages every year to display in student apartments, and use these spiritual signs to endow apartment buildings with cultural connotation and spiritual character, so that students can "learn from teachers" in real feelings, inspire students to "see Si Qi", and consciously encourage their conduct and purify their hearts. The second is to strengthen the construction of cultural facilities in student apartments and provide necessary conditions for students to carry out cultural activities in apartment areas. In this regard, our goal is to achieve "five possessions": that is, each university apartment has a group activity room; There are large computer network classrooms; There are a number of supporting stadiums and facilities; There are newspaper columns and facilities for students to study outdoors; Enter the TV system of the student apartment, and the school will run the radio and TV programs systematically. Third, students' cultural activities are constantly introduced into apartments, and students' cultural activities are organized in apartments. During the simultaneous activities of the two systems, attention should be paid to coordinating the relationship between them, and efforts should be made to make the two systems work around their own characteristics, which are both complementary and complementary.
6. Security guards enter the apartment.
As the concentrated residence of students, the safety of student apartments is an indispensable link in the management of student apartments. In view of the new problems in the safety work of middle school students' apartments in the process of logistics socialization, we have comprehensively implemented the responsibility system for apartment safety. In recent years, major accidents have occurred in student apartments. The school was rated as "comprehensive management advanced collective" and "fire safety advanced unit" by Tianshui City.

Due to many mismatches between the existing system and management, the operation process is more complicated. In the process of promoting the "six advances", our experience is to strengthen the following links:

Comrades who undertake this job must gain students' emotional recognition and life trust. In terms of system, we should formulate a set of systems and methods from appointment, assessment to work procedures, work objectives and salary. By getting along with students day and night, apartment counselors can become one with students, understand students, help students and educate students, so as to standardize the work of apartment counselors from the system.
The third is to grasp integration, clarify the mobile terminal, and ensure the implementation of the work. We will build star-rated dormitories and apartment buildings. All the work of student apartments is ultimately embodied in a good apartment building and a good student dormitory, which is not only the ultimate goal of apartment management, but also a sign of successful management. Starting from this idea, we have implemented the assessment system for star-rated dormitories and star-rated apartments. The requirements for students' behavior in the dormitory are summarized into five indicators, which are evaluated once a month. Evaluation activities are carried out in a unified way among all the students in the school. After many evaluations in one semester, the dormitory with the highest comprehensive score will be awarded a star, and those with more accumulated stars will be designated as star-rated dormitories. There are many star-rated dormitories. If the whole building works well, you will get a star-rated apartment. The evaluation of the two contents, on the one hand, links students with managers, and the better the manager's work, the greater the possibility of students getting star-rated dormitories. On the other hand, the better the student dormitory is built, the more the apartment building can become a star-rated apartment, thus promoting the combination of the two measures.
Fourth, pay attention to evaluation, and combine the evaluation in the apartment with the comprehensive evaluation of students. Comprehensive evaluation plays a baton role in students' behavior. Only by combining students' behavior in the department with that in the apartment can we fully reflect the overall situation of students and effectively promote the development of apartment management. For this reason, while determining that the assessment in students' apartments accounts for a certain score in the comprehensive evaluation, we also stipulate that all members who have obtained star-rated dormitories should be directly included in the comprehensive evaluation, thus stimulating students' enthusiasm and initiative in building star-rated dormitories. While linking the dormitory assessment with students' interests, we also link the assessment of apartments with the distribution of employees, so that the building management employees who have obtained star-rated apartments can increase a certain amount in the subsidy distribution.
Fifth, pay attention to safety, and strive to solve the apartment management funds and necessary facilities. When making the annual budget, the school allocates certain funds for the student management of the apartment, and at the same time, the student affairs office also allocates 50% of the student activities funds to the student branch of the apartment as special funds for the student activities of the apartment. In terms of manpower and material resources, the school attaches great importance to the construction of various managers in student apartments. This system is inseparable from the specific institutional environment and is the product of traditional organizational behavior in colleges and universities. However, in recent years, with the deepening of higher education reform, the background of college student management has undergone extremely profound changes. With the reform of teaching ideas and methods, students have more time to control themselves, and the concept of traditional classes has also changed. With the continuous advancement of logistics socialization, students' activity space is increasingly breaking through the traditional campus scope, and campus management behavior is closely related to social management behavior; The sharp expansion of the student scale and the problem of running a school benefit make the contradiction between management ability and management scope increasingly prominent, and the fixed place to maintain and support the class collective no longer exists; With the implementation of the charging system in colleges and universities, the identity of students is no longer a single educated person, but increasingly diversified. Years of student management practice tell us that tinkering with the original system is not enough to meet the requirements of student management in the new era. To strengthen student management, we must reform the existing management system. In the process of promoting the "six advances" in apartments, we deeply feel that the student apartment system will be an important part of strengthening and improving student management in the future and the fulcrum of establishing a new student management system. While consolidating and perfecting the existing student management system with classes as the terminal, it may be the reform direction of the student management system in colleges and universities to gradually establish an apartment-style student management system with dormitories as the terminal organization and form a "dual system" management system with both systems.
The establishment of the new system is not only the change or reset of the organizational system, but also the establishment of the working mechanism. How to allocate the management functions of the two systems, how to effectively play, how to coordinate the relationship between the systems, and how to transfer some management functions of departments under the traditional model to the apartment system are much more complicated than establishing a new organizational system. In this sense, the "six-entry" work in apartments is actually an attempt and exploration of the operating mechanism and mode of student work under the new system. Its goal lies not only in the "six advances" itself, but also in promoting the establishment of a new system.
Second, strengthening the management of student apartments is an important part of the overall implementation of quality education in colleges and universities.
Is the student apartment just a "refuge" for students or an educational place as important as the classroom? We haven't solved this problem for a long time. Under the traditional management mode of school, college, department and class, the center of our concern is the students in the "learning field", and the elements of evaluation are the students' academic performance and formal communication, but we lack attention to the students' "life field", or pay insufficient attention to it. As the center of the "living field"-student apartment, our management is mostly limited to property, health, safety and other aspects, and the deep content is rarely excavated. In the process of promoting the "six advances" in apartments, we deeply feel the important role of apartment work in promoting the all-round development of students. We have noticed that many famous foreign universities attach great importance to the communication between students when summing up their own school-running methods, and regard the exchange of ideas between students as an important educational activity of the university. In this sense, we say that apartments are the most concentrated and stable place for students to exchange ideas. It is undoubtedly an important educational resource to correctly guide and effectively play this function of apartments. At the same time, the apartment is also the most concentrated place for students' daily activities, the place to cultivate good habits and the most important place to cultivate education. Of course, many colleges and universities abroad, like our country, implement boarding system and attach equal importance to apartment management. But unlike them, our apartment management has always been supported by collectivism education, which is another characteristic of us. Collectivism education is an important support of our ideological education system. In the new era of student management and education, people have been worried that with the weakening of class functions, our long-established tradition of class collective construction will be weakened and collectivism education will not be supported. How to effectively solve this problem is also an important content that we have been thinking about in improving and strengthening student management and education in recent years. In the process of promoting the "six advances" in apartments, we deeply feel that apartments also have the foundation and value of collectivism education. While adapting to the characteristics of student work in the new era and further improving and perfecting the class collective construction, strengthening collectivism education with apartments as the position will not weaken collectivism education, but complement each other and make collectivism education develop to a new stage.
