Section 1 Overview

2. The tender documents include this document and all supplementary contents. As an integral part of the bidding documents, the modified contents are equally binding on the bidders, and shall be reported to the competent procurement department of the municipal government for the record. Supplementary contents must be submitted to the tenderee before the time for submitting the supplementary notice.

3. The office furniture provided by the bidder shall meet all the items described in Section IV "Technical Requirements", Section V "List of Goods Requirements" and Section VI "List of Bidding Goods Quotation" of this tender document, and shall be responsible for after-sales services such as installation and quality assurance of office furniture. 4. The bidder shall pay a registration fee of 100 yuan at the time of registration, and pay a bid bond of 5,000 yuan before submitting the bid documents. 5. The bid documents are in quintuplicate, including 1 original and 4 copies, and marked with "original" and "copy". 6. The technical documents and materials provided by the bidder, including descriptions in drawings, shall be in simplified Chinese; Unless otherwise specified, all units of measurement involved shall use legal units of measurement.

7. The bidder shall bear the patent fee for office furniture and manufacturing technology required for this tender, the photo production fee and all expenses incurred in compiling and submitting bidding documents. Regardless of the bidding result, the tenderer will not bear the above expenses. If the legal disputes and expenses caused by infringement have nothing to do with the tenderer.

8. This tender must be quoted in RMB. The bidder can only quote a fixed price for all office furniture, and the tenderee will not accept any alternative price or other monetary quotation.

9. Section 3 Contract Award

Second, the contract price and payment method

2. The bidder must go to the site for reconnaissance (the site reconnaissance time is set at July 200510: 00-10: 30), and measure the main places of full-time teachers, such as computer-based office chairs, academic lecture halls, multimedia classrooms, voice classrooms, small and medium-sized conference rooms and leading offices. The design effect should be based on the interior decoration style of the education complex building of Gannan Institute of Education, and the most suitable teaching and office space should be selected to reflect the solemn and generous colors.

3. All office furniture should be marked with the icon of Gannan Institute of Education from the aesthetic point of view. Icon design should be elegant and generous, and the design effect should be recognized by the tenderer.

4. Office furniture is made of environmental protection as the basic material. 4. All furniture that needs painting should be painted with high-quality accessories. Large pieces of furniture must be provided with accessories necessary to ensure normal use, and a list (indicating name, purpose, unit price, manufacturer, etc.). ) should be listed in the tender documents, and its price should be included in the total quotation. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the accessories necessary for the normal use of office furniture are supplied at preferential prices within 5 years after the warranty period expires, and the expenses are listed separately in the bidding documents, but are not included in the total price.

Fourth, inspection and testing.

1. 2. The tenderee has the right to inspect the products before delivery, but it is not regarded as acceptance. The bidder shall provide convenience for the tenderee to test the products.

Six, after-sales service

1. Office furniture is guaranteed free of charge for one year, with a shelf life of five years, counting from the date of final acceptance and delivery of office furniture. During the warranty period of office furniture, once the office furniture has quality problems, the bidder promises to rush to the site for repair, replacement or return within 24 hours after receiving the notice, and the expenses shall be borne by the bidder. If the bidder fails to answer or deal with the question within 24 hours after receiving the notice, it shall be deemed that the bidder acknowledges the quality problem and bears all the expenses arising therefrom. During the warranty period, the bidder shall be responsible for all quality problems of office furniture, replacement parts and direct economic losses caused by the quality of office furniture itself.

2. The bidder shall have a resident maintenance service organization (with spare parts) and strong after-sales service support in Ganzhou.
