Shenyang Library is a comprehensive large-scale public library, which was founded in 1908, that is, in the thirty-fourth year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty. It was originally named feng tian Library. After several relocations, it is located at Chaoyang Street 13 1, 19965438+ in Shenhe District. It officially opened on June 1 2005. The new building covers an area of 65,438+3,000 square meters, with a construction area of about 40,000 square meters, which is three times that of the old building. The designed collection reaches 3 million volumes, with more than 2,500 reading seats, and can receive more than 3,000 readers every day.
