Due to internal adjustment, the study room on the eighth floor of the Capital Library was moved into the second phase of the new library and closed in mid-June last year. With the relocation of the Capital Library entering a substantive stage, many reading rooms in the Capital Library will be closed. Now you can use the joint reader card of Beijing Public Library or the temporary reading card of Capital Library to study in the Chinese newspaper reading room on the third floor. Please keep your bag before you go alone. The reading room on the third floor can use electricity, but there are only a few fixed seats. So if you want to use electricity, you must come early (before 9 o'clock) to line up, otherwise there may be no seats. There is no wireless network in the Capital Library at present. Please go to the electronic reading room on the sixth floor to surf the Internet. During the relocation, the opening hours of the Capital Library are as follows:

1. Reading room for historical documents (ancient books) on the first basement: Monday to Friday from 9: 00 am to 1 1 0: 30 pm 1 0: 00 pm to 4: 30 pm.

2. Children's audio-visual reading room on the first floor: 9 am to 5 pm from Monday to Sunday;

3. Children's comprehensive reading room on the first floor: 9 am to 5 pm from Monday to Sunday;
