As of February 22, 2023, Haining Library can enter for free, and all books in Haining Library are donated for free, which is a public library.

Haining Library was born in Qing Dynasty 1904. It is the earliest county-level public library named after the library in China, which is of great significance in the history of county-level libraries in China.
