The National Library can go to any reading room as long as it has a library card, including the southern and northern districts. When you go for the first time, you must go to the first floor of the main building to get your ID card and get a library card. Opening hours are divided into working days and rest days. On Saturday and Sunday, the South District was closed except for the loan room. The north area is open, but the time is only until 5 pm. On weekdays, the North and South Districts are open until 9 pm.
There are many new buildings in the North District with good conditions and wireless Internet access. Most desks have computer sockets and cable sockets, but you can't take schoolbags and books in. There is no socket in the south area, but books and computers can be brought in. There is no special study room, as long as there is a card, any reading room can go in to study.
