1, China citizens and foreigners can apply. /kloc-children under the age of 0/3 please apply for a children's card. Please bring your valid documents (ID card, household registration book, military ID card, driver's license, residence permit, foreign passport, Hong Kong and Macao ID card, Taiwan compatriots card) to apply for a reader's card for free.

2. Readers with second-generation ID cards can apply for reader cards through self-service accreditation machines or self-service library service machines.

3. Readers with other valid certificates should go to the main service desk in the lobby on the first floor to handle it manually, and readers must fill out the Reader's Card Application Form.

4. Soldiers, disabled people, elderly people over 60 years old (inclusive) and minors over 0/3 years old (inclusive) can apply for discount cards at the main service desk with valid certificates.

5. You can borrow it by card on the day of application, but you can't return the card to change the grade on the day of application.
