Book Festival is an activity held by Dangdang every year during World Reading Day since 2007, which promotes reading for all in a rich form. Dangdang has been actively promoting the online shopping of books and digital reading by the whole people through the innovative mode of the Internet, so as to solve the reading gap in different regions, different ages and different classes, hoping to make a modest contribution to the promotion of reading for the whole people through this form.
The 9th Scholarship Festival of Dangdang was officially launched on April 7th, with the theme of "Reading makes China stronger", which is the largest scholarship festival in Dangdang's history. During the activity, Dangdang launched several major activities, such as reading tour, parent-child reading 2 1 day, second-hand book recycling public welfare activities, subway reading club activities, and national reading data report.
