Meixian Library is open to the public free of charge 365 days a year, and so are primary school students.

In addition to nationwide reading activities, Meixian Library has also set up a mobile book corner on the site of boarding schools, and carried out theme training, video lectures and computer literacy activities for the elderly free of charge with Chang 'an University all the year round.
