When cleaning flat-screen TVs, there is a principle that you should not disassemble flat-screen TVs yourself. Because even when the power supply is turned off, the CFL converter in the background lighting assembly may still have a high voltage of about 1000V, which will cause serious personal injury.
LCD screen and plasma screen are quite fragile. Avoid strong impact and vibration, and do not put pressure on the screen surface. When cleaning the LCD TV, you can gently wipe off the stains with a soft cloth dipped in a little water. Do not sprinkle water directly on the display surface. When water enters the LCD, the screen will be short-circuited. If moisture has entered the LCD, it should be placed in a warmer place so that the moisture and organic compounds in it can evaporate.
But scrubbing the plasma screen with water will do harm to the plasma TV. It is best to use a special cleaning solution or gently wipe it with a dry and soft towel. After cleaning, let stand for 30 minutes, and then electrify to remove water.
Air conditioning avoids hot water.
Traditional air-conditioning cleaning can only simply clean the filter and wipe the surface of the evaporator, but it can't completely clean the gap and air supply system of the air-conditioning evaporator, and the inside of the evaporator is the place where dust is the most serious and bacteria and viruses are the easiest to breed.
Choose a dry sunny day, select the function key "air supply state" of the air conditioner, run for 3~4 hours to let the moisture in the air conditioner dissipate, then turn off the air conditioner and unplug the power plug. Wipe the dirt on the air conditioner shell with a soft dry cloth or scrub it with warm water. Never scrub with hot water or flammable oil.
Take out the clean air filter of the air conditioner, rinse it with clear water or clean the filter screen with a vacuum cleaner, dry it and put it back into the air conditioner. Take out the battery of the remote controller and put it in another place to prevent the battery from leaking and corroding the internal components. The remote control must be put in a dry place, and don't squeeze it. When cleaning the outdoor unit, rinse the surface of the condenser of the outdoor unit with clear water, and cover the hood after drying. No water can enter other parts.
Cleaning the refrigerator is the most complicated.
The condenser and compressor of the flat-back refrigerator are built-in and do not need to be cleaned frequently. The condenser and compressor of the back-hung refrigerator are exposed, which is easy to be stained with dust and cobwebs. Compressor and condenser are important refrigeration parts of refrigerator. If they are stained with dust, it will affect the heat dissipation, thus shortening the service life of parts and weakening the refrigeration effect of refrigerators. Dust on the surface of condenser and compressor can be blown off by tools such as pump. Do not scrub with water or a wet rag, so as not to affect the electrical insulation.
The refrigerator should be cleaned more than twice a year. When cleaning the refrigerator, first cut off the power supply, dip a soft cloth in clean water or tableware detergent, gently scrub it, then soak it in clean water and wipe off the detergent. The interior of the refrigerator can be wiped with boric acid or disinfectant paper towels, and it is easy to defrost the refrigerator with boric acid. If you use vinegar instead of boric acid, it can prevent rust, and the shelf should be taken out and washed with water.
Wipe the inner wall with glycerin to form a thin protective film, which can be easily wiped off even if it is stained with milk or food residue. When the accessories in the box are dirty, take them out and wash them with water or detergent. The surfaces of electrical components should be wiped with a dry cloth.
The washing machine needs descaling.
The inside of the washing machine looks clean, but you don't know that there is a coat outside the washing bucket when washing. The washing water enters and exits between these two layers, and the water is discharged in this interlayer. If you pull out the washing bucket, you will be surprised, because the interlayer is very dirty!
The interlayer of the washing machine is actually like a sewer, and its dirt is mainly composed of scale, detergent free matter, fiber, organic matter, dust, bacteria and other garbage. These hodgepodge firmly adhere to the interlayer of the washing machine, which will pollute the clothes and bring them to the human body when washing at room temperature, and even make people itchy and allergic.
When cleaning, pour the scale remover (available in the market) used in the three kettles into the empty container, prepare it according to the ratio of scale remover/water = L/2, and stir evenly. Pour the mixed detergent solution from the detergent adding box, and be careful not to splash it on the skin. Then press the power switch of the washing machine, set the program to "laundry program" (the longest time), and let the washing bucket rotate; After the descaling liquid is discharged from the drain pipe into the bucket, the discharged descaling liquid is added from the detergent adding box, and this is repeated for many times until the program ends, and the filter screen is opened for cleaning.
After the machine is running, open the water inlet valve and restore the drain pipe to its original position. Re-select the washing program, let the washing machine run again, and clean the filter again after the program runs. At this point, the descaling is completed.
However, the surface of the washing machine drum will be slightly black due to the action of detergent, but it will not affect the normal use, and it will be restored to its original state after washing clothes several times.
Small appliances in the kitchen are easy to clean.
Cleaning small kitchen appliances such as disinfection cabinets, microwave ovens, rice cookers and soymilk machines is relatively simple. Disinfection cabinets and rice cookers can be cleaned with a soft cloth, microwave ovens can be gently scrubbed with a soft and clean wet cloth, and a little cleaning agent can also be added to the rag. Do not use cloth made of hard materials and strong corrosive detergent for cleaning, otherwise it will destroy the heated items. It should be noted that the microwave oven with barbecue function cannot clean the heating tube at will.
Quick cleaning and cleaning range hood
Steam cleaning method of pressure cooker. Boil the cold water in the pressure cooker. When the steam is continuously discharged, take the low-pressure valve, turn on the range hood, and aim the steam water column at the rotating blades. Because high-temperature steam constantly rushes into the blades and other parts, oily sewage will flow into the waste oil cup.
Soaking method of detergent and vinegar. Remove the oil smoke extraction impeller, soak it in a basin of warm water, mix 3~5 drops of detergent and 50 ml of vinegar, soak it for 10~20 minutes, and then scrub it with a clean rag. The shell and other parts are also cleaned with this solution. This method has no damage to human skin and no corrosion to equipment, and the surface still maintains its original luster after cleaning.
Water heater cleaning filter
Wipe the rubber hose on the gas water heater. By the way, check whether it cracks due to aging. Once found, it should be handled and replaced in time. Clean the inlet filter regularly. If the water heater produces less water and can't catch fire, there may be dirt blocking the filter element. You can remove the cold water inlet connector and take out the filter for cleaning.
