Naoko Uehashi, a Japanese utopian writer, thinks that many people should have come into contact with one of her works, called Elf Guardian. Another fantasy masterpiece, The Player of the Beast, written by her, will be adapted into a 50-sentence TV animation, which is scheduled to be broadcast on NHK Education Channel every Saturday from 6: 25 pm to 0 pm in 2009. The animated version is supervised by Takayuki Goto, who is in charge of The Prince of Tennis and The Battle of the Library, and the series is composed by Junichi Fujisaku, who is in charge of the +》RD brain investigation room of Hot Blood+. His music creation won the 46th Japanese Record Award Masayuki Sakamoto, and the animation production was jointly created by Production I.G (works: Innocence and Sky Crawler) and Trans Arts (works: The Prince of Tennis and The Story of Wilbur Lu).
