It has a main square accommodating more than 30,000 people, six characteristic squares accommodating more than 3,000 people and three sunken gardens, which integrates multiple functions such as culture, assembly, science and education, exhibition, leisure and entertainment, and is magnificent and distinctive.
The planning and design led by the Institute of Architecture and Urban Planning and Design of Tongji University, Shanghai, covers an area of10.2 million square meters, with a building area of 69,888 square meters. Among them, the above-ground building area is 34,058 square meters, the underground building area is 35,830 square meters, the ground greening rate is 40%, and there are 2 10 parking spaces. The total investment of the project is 200 million yuan, which is planned to be completed in two years. The first phase of the main project will be fully completed on National Day this year.
