(2) Adhere to and improve the enterprise democratic management system with the workers' congress as the basic form, and earnestly perform the functions and powers of the workers' congress. The reform plan of the enterprise needs to be deliberated by the workers' congress, the business entertainment expenses need to be reported to the trade union, and the democratic appraisal of the leading cadres of the enterprise by the workers' congress should form a system;
(3) Establish equal consultation and collective contract system, establish enterprise labor dispute mediation organization, and form an effective mechanism to coordinate enterprise labor relations;
(4) Trade unions participate in enterprise decision-making and management to form a system, and actively reflect employees' opinions, suggestions and requirements on enterprise management, reform and development. In the board of directors and board of supervisors of corporate enterprises, there are a certain number of employee directors and employee supervisors democratically elected by trade unions, and through a sound system, employee representatives can effectively exercise their functions and powers and effectively play their roles;
(5) Work independently according to law, highlight the maintenance function, protect and mobilize the enthusiasm and creative spirit of employees, and guide them to promote the reform and development of enterprises;
(6) Pay attention to and strengthen the construction of the staff and workers, and constantly improve the professional ethics and scientific, cultural and technical quality of the staff and workers. Strengthen the construction of trade union organizations, complete and select the right leading bodies, and improve the democratic system of trade unions.
