Institutional setup of the library of Hebei Normal University
The library has six institutions *** 10 departments: editing, borrowing books, reading newspapers, information consulting, computer technology and office. On-the-job employees 143, 90% of whom have college education or above. At present, there are 5 research librarians, 42 deputy research librarians, 74 librarians and 5 library leaders. Library leaders attach great importance to the development and management of human resources, pay attention to the ideological quality education and professional skills training of employees, strive to create an incentive and innovation mechanism, and cultivate employees' sense of service and sense of responsibility as masters. Staff team construction and management: First, through organizational culture construction, improve the spiritual pursuit and comprehensive quality of employees, so that the staff of the whole library can pursue the goal of "advocating knowledge, inheriting civilization, pursuing Excellence and creating harmony" and advocate the spirit of "hard work, unity and cooperation, and courage to innovate". Second, encourage academic research to improve employees' professional quality and scientific research ability through regular business training, assessment and organization of academic lectures, and urge employees to promote their work through scientific research; Third, through strict rules and regulations, standardize the professional work and behavior of the staff of the whole library and standardize the management of readers.
