General situation of college of arts of Chongqing Normal University
The College of Literature of Chongqing Normal University was one of the earliest departments when 1954 was founded. From the Chinese Department at the beginning of the school, the College of Literature and Journalism in 2004, to the College of Literature after the adjustment of departments in 2009, we have passed on from generation to generation, inherited fine traditions and profound accumulation, and stood in a new stage of development under the new historical conditions and opportunities of the times, becoming one of the colleges with the strongest teaching and research strength in Chongqing Normal University. The college has a high-level faculty, with 85 faculty members, including 29 professors, 24 associate professors and 42 doctors. There are 4 part-time tutors from Sichuan University, Macau University and Shaanxi Normal University, and 39 masters tutors from Chongqing Normal University. The college has a national professional construction site of "Chinese Language and Literature", 3 key disciplines in Chongqing (during the 11th Five-Year Plan period), 4 municipal excellent courses, 1 municipal key research base of humanities and social sciences 1, 1 postgraduate municipal excellent course 1, and 2 municipal excellent teaching teams. During the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period, the first-level discipline of "China Language and Literature" was rated as the key discipline of Chongqing municipality and was selected as one of the three authorized disciplines of the school's medium-term project construction. Starting from 1986, the college began to recruit and train graduate students majoring in ancient literature in China, and then successively recruited graduate students majoring in literature and art, modern and contemporary literature in China, Chinese philology, comparative literature and world literature. In 2005, he was awarded a first-class master's degree in language and literature in China, and enrolled students in eight two disciplines provinces. In addition, full-time academic graduate students and subject teaching (Chinese) graduate students majoring in curriculum and teaching theory (Chinese education and literary aesthetic education) have been enrolled. Full-time undergraduate majors include Chinese language and literature, Chinese language and literature (secretarial science), teaching Chinese as a foreign language, and drama, film and television literature. There are more than 350 graduate students, more than 2,000 full-time undergraduates, nearly 500 adult students and more than 0 international students/kloc-0. In the past five years, teachers in our college have presided over and completed 10 scientific research projects, including the National Social Science Fund Project Cultural Interpretation of New China's Literary Policy, the History of Japanese Literary Criticism, the Japanese Factor in China's Modern Poetry, the Literary Heritage in the Revolutionary Period-A Study of China's Contemporary Radical Literary Thoughts, the Japan International Exchange Fund Project, the Humanities and Social Sciences Project of the Ministry of Education, and the Chongqing Social Science Fund Project. He has published more than 70 academic monographs and 5 textbooks 15, published more than 500 academic papers 1500 in domestic authoritative journals and other publications, and won nearly 40 awards at or above the provincial and ministerial levels. The college has a wealth of books and materials, a reference room and a postgraduate reading room, with a collection of more than 50,000 books. At present, the teachers and students of the whole college are actively engaged in teaching, scientific research and personnel training with full enthusiasm, and strive to build a high-level secondary college based on the west, facing the whole country and facing overseas.
