Publisher's rights include the following contents: (1) Book publishers have the right to publish and distribute the agreed works within the time limit and geographical scope agreed in the contract. (2) Within the time limit and geographical scope agreed in the contract, the book publisher has the patent right to publish the original and revised versions of books in the same language. (3) Book publishers have the exclusive right to use the layout design of the books they publish. Legal basis: Article 31 of the Copyright Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). A book publisher's exclusive right to publish a work delivered by the copyright owner in accordance with the contract is protected by law, and no one else may publish the work.
