The five-story building opened in 2006 has a basement with a total construction area of 65,438+6,000 square meters, which can accommodate more than 2,000 readers. There are 12 electronic reading rooms, 12 book reading rooms, 4 reading rooms, electronic catalogue room, international exchange room and remote control lecture hall. Users all over the country can connect to the museum through the bright network of North Korea. Library services are fully computerized, and readers can find information through computer retrieval system. The library has also established a distance education system, which can be used for social education, correspondence, online teaching and evening school education.
