At the beginning of the semester, with the cooperation of the network department, the system version V 1.0 was put into trial operation, and the situation was good. Subsequently, the Youth League Committee funded the purchase of website space for the system, and launched it with sisuvolunteers.com.cn as the domain name. At this time, it is the recruitment of volunteers for regular projects, so the system is officially put into use as the task of online registration and registration for regular volunteers. After this online recruitment, this system shows its advantages, that is, it does not need to print the registration form or manually enter volunteer information. Volunteers have the functions of modifying basic information (part), applying for volunteer projects online and viewing activity records. College administrators have the functions of modifying all information of volunteers, adding records of home activities and filling in volunteers. Our department has also made its own efforts on other human resources allocation issues.
