Successful "small administrators" will participate in the opening ceremony, book shelving and inquiry machine, self-service book borrowing and returning machine use training, and participate in the practical assessment after the training (those who do not participate in the training or assessment will be disqualified as small volunteers).

Service details

1, service time

1) every Saturday and Sunday at 9: 00-12: 00; 12:00- 17:00。

2) After the official activities begin, provide services according to the time period determined by yourself.

3) The duration of a single service is 2 hours.

2. Service responsibility

1) Assist the librarian of children's library to put books on shelves and arrange them.

2) Be familiar with the operation process of the self-service lending and returning machine in children's libraries, and guide young readers to use the self-service lending and returning machine.

3) Answer readers' inquiries and guide young readers to carry out book retrieval.

4) Maintain order in the children's hall.

5) Persuade uncivilized phenomena.

Service requirements

1, please carefully consider and choose the service time, arrive at the post on time, obey the arrangement and serve seriously.

2. Be polite to others, serve warmly, and do not have disputes with readers.

3. Small volunteers who have served for less than 20 hours will not issue a certificate of completion.

We will grade the service quality of "small administrators", issue certificates of completion to qualified "small administrators" and award prizes to outstanding "small administrators".
