Library reader's guide manual
Article 1 Readers can enter the library with documentary evidence.
Article 2 Keep the library quiet. Please turn the mobile phone, computer and other equipment into mute or vibration after entering the museum. It is forbidden to make noise or play in the museum.
Article 3 Eating and drinking are prohibited in the library, and it is forbidden to bring any food into the library.
Article 4 Keep the museum clean and hygienic. No spitting, littering and chewing gum. Without permission, it is forbidden to post or distribute advertisements and other promotional materials inside and outside the museum. Offenders should take the initiative to dismantle and will be dealt with according to relevant regulations.
Fifth, consciously observe and maintain the order in the museum, do not seize the reading seats, prohibit illegal use of lockers, and do not move reading desks and chairs at will.
Article 6 Take good care of library books and periodicals, read in a civilized way, and take good care of library facilities and equipment. It is not allowed to paint and describe reading tables and other equipment and walls. Those who damage public property should pay compensation according to the price and be punished according to the seriousness of the case.
Article 7 When reading books and periodicals, please pay attention to the cleanliness of the holders. After reading, don't put the books and periodicals about, please put them back. It is not allowed to tear up the smeared pages in newspapers and periodicals, and offenders will be compensated according to the original price of newspapers and periodicals.
Article 8 When entering a library, one should dress neatly, behave in a civilized manner, be polite to others, not hinder others from consulting materials, and maintain a civilized and elegant library environment.
Article 9 If the monitoring rings in the access channel, please actively cooperate and assist the staff to handle it.
Article 10 The library is a key fire prevention unit, and smoking or using fire anywhere in the library is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be dealt with according to relevant regulations except ordering them to put out the fire immediately.
Eleventh books and periodicals shall not be taken out of the room without going through the borrowing procedures. Anyone who takes books and periodicals out of the library without going through the borrowing procedures according to the regulations is regarded as stealing books and periodicals.
Twelfth consciously abide by the rules and regulations of the library, and support the staff to act according to the rules.
