Readers can borrow books with library cards, and each person can borrow 1-5 books at a time. The borrowing period of books is 30 days, which can be renewed once. Jinzhou Library implements open-shelf lending. Readers can choose their own books. If you don't borrow books after browsing, please put them in the bookshelf and return them by the staff.

Readers should check whether there are pages in the newly borrowed books after going through the borrowing formalities at the borrowing office of our library, and declare them in time, otherwise the borrower will be responsible for the compensation for the problems found when returning the books.

Readers should check the registration after lending books, and check whether the books are damaged or missing pages. If problems are found, they should be reported to the staff in time and stamped. Otherwise, the reader himself will be responsible for the above problems when returning the book, and make compensation according to our library's Compensation Measures for Lost and Defaced Books.
