Hi-Tech College of Xi University of Technology is a full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education in 2006, and it is a bachelor's degree awarding unit. The College has Chang 'an Campus located in University Town, Chang 'an District, Xi City, Shaanxi Province, and Jinghe Campus located in Xixian New Area.

The foundation laying ceremony of Jinghe Campus of Xi University of Technology was held on the morning of February 25th, 20 13 in the infrastructure construction site of Xixian New Area New Campus. Hundreds of leaders from provinces, cities and counties, Xixian New Area, Polytechnic University and local governments, leaders of relevant departments, representatives of design and construction units and some teachers of our college attended the groundbreaking ceremony.

Jinghe Campus covers an area of 1 1,000 mu and is a key construction project. On the basis of the original Chang 'an campus, the College will plan to build a large library, gymnasium, teaching building, modern experimental training room cluster and information apartment in Jinghe new campus, and build a modern new campus with perfect functions, beautiful environment and unique style according to the requirements of colleges and universities and the new development of modern science and technology.
