Taishan College is the second one. Taishan University began to hold higher education in September 1958, and in March 2002, the Ministry of Education approved the holding of undergraduate education. In September, 20 12, it was transformed into a management system of "co-construction of provinces and cities, with provinces as the mainstay", which was adopted in October, 20 165438/kloc-0.

By the end of 202 1 and 1, the school has two campuses, south and north, covering an area of 1378 mu and a building area of 540,000 square meters. Wan Li Library, the first library established by the former party and state leaders in colleges and universities, has been completed. There are 15 secondary colleges with 66 undergraduate majors, covering 9 disciplines including literature, science, engineering, law, history, teaching, management, economics and art.

Teachers and students of the school have achieved excellent results in many competitions, such as the National Counselor Vocational Skills Competition and the "Challenge Cup" National College Students' Science and Technology Innovation Competition, and won 253 national awards and 823 provincial awards.
