Tieling Library (location: residential park) can bring its own books. There are desks and chairs on the second and third floors for everyone to bring their own books for self-study. Computers can also be brought, but there seems to be no place to plug them in. If you want to check information online, the library has an independent computer room, and you can surf the Internet for free with your ID card (there is a time limit).
