The Tibetan library has been opened free of charge. You can borrow books from our library without any documents. You only need to pay a deposit of 100 yuan, keep the deposit slip well, and I can return it to you later (of course, we don't want you to return the card), which means reading in the library is completely free. The library goes to work normally every Tuesday to Sunday, closes on Mondays and goes to work as usual on holidays. In order to facilitate the public to read books on Saturday and Sunday, they work all day from 9 am to 6 pm.
