Labor contract renewal process:
1. advance notice: the employer shall inform the employee whether to renew the labor contract within a certain time before the expiration of the labor contract;
2. Consensus: Both parties negotiate the terms of the contract renewal and reach a consensus;
3. Sign a written contract: the renewal of the labor contract shall be in written form, and the rights and obligations of both parties shall be clearly defined;
4. Contract filing: The newly signed labor contract shall be filed in accordance with the regulations.

To establish labor relations, a written labor contract shall be concluded.
