It is understood that the policy differences between the eastern and central regions are mainly manifested in:

Agriculture and rural areas: rural drinking water safety, reinforcement of large and medium-sized dangerous reservoirs, water-saving renovation of large irrigation areas, and key control of soil erosion. The state subsidizes 30% and 60% of the total investment in the eastern and central regions respectively; Rural biogas projects are divided into household biogas and large and medium-sized biogas.
