I think the waste of educational resources is that many things are useless, which is a serious waste of resources. A lot of equipment is expensive, but it's completely useless. This is the case in my high school. The school has a large area and many buildings, but few buildings are actually used, and many of them are unattended. There is a physical and chemical laboratory with expensive equipment, but we haven't been in it. There is also the school library, which has a lot of books, but we are not allowed to enter, but we don't need any free items. It's a complete waste of educational resources.
